
Alexander Babkin is a manager of Software Engineering Technology Group of Motorola St. Petersburg Software Center responsible for deployment of process and technology innovations in the area of software engineering. He works in Motorola since 1999 starting from a position of process engineer in charge of organizational process improvement activities. Alexander managed CMMI® Level 5 transition project, coordinated CMMI® processes deployment and SCAMPI appraisals activities. He is a certified Sigma Green Belt.
Motorola St .Petersburg Software Center (Russia) has more than 10 year experience in software process improvement based on SEI CMM and CMMI®, and has been operating on maturity level 5 since year 2001.
